If you fail to pay the balance on time, we may cancel your reservation and retain the deposit to cover our costs. Prices quoted include guides, accommodations, meals, and activities as described, but exclude flights, insurance, or personal expenses unless stated. All prices are in USD and subject to change due to currency fluctuations or unforeseen cost increases, though we’ll notify you before finalizing.

Cancellations and Refunds

Life happens, and we understand plans can shift. If you need to cancel, our refund policy depends on timing. Cancel more than 60 days before your trip, and you’ll receive a full refund minus a processing fee, usually $100 or 5% of the booking cost, whichever is lower. Between 30 and 60 days, we refund 50% of the payment, as we’ve likely committed funds to local partners. Less than 30 days, no refunds are possible due to fixed costs and limited spots. If we cancel a trip due to safety concerns, low participation, or other reasons, you’ll get a full refund or an option to transfer to another trip. Refunds are processed within 14 business days to your original payment method. For third-party services, like local transport or lodging, their cancellation policies apply, and we’ll assist in navigating those.

Changes to Itineraries

Our adventures often take place in remote areas, so flexibility is key. We may need to adjust itineraries due to weather, safety, or logistical issues, like road closures or permit changes. If we make significant changes before departure, we’ll notify you and offer alternatives or a refund if the change alters the trip’s core experience. Minor adjustments, like swapping activity days or routes, don’t qualify for refunds but we’ll ensure the trip’s quality stays high. If you request changes, like switching dates, we’ll try to accommodate based on availability, with a possible $50 fee for rebooking logistics. Any cost differences for new dates or services are your responsibility.
